"We are C.R.E.W."
This metaphor refers to a group in a boat on a long voyage where everyone is needed to row an oar and no one sits by watching.
At Brennan-Rogers, "C.R.E.W." refers to both our individual classrooms AND our entire school community. Crew's purpose is to instill a sense of unity, responsibility, cooperation and participation within individuals, our student body and school community. We support and celebrate CREW in different ways.
In our classrooms, morning CREW meetings help build and strengthen relationships, encourage team building and shape the culture of our individual learning communities.
Community Meeting is a monthly event for the entire school where students, clubs and classrooms showcase learning, strengthen presentation skills and celebrate learning.
